As an individual with ADHD and parent of a child with ADHD, I deeply understand the challenges you face.
I have developed the ACT-Based Coaching Model by integrating the principles and practice of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Executive Function Coaching. This approach has enabled me to help many people get unstuck, persist despite challenges and achieve.
I collaborate closely with health care professionals and educators to ensure effective support for the individual and family. My expertise, combines with years of experience and a passion for learning enables me to offer comprehensive, evidence-based support to meet diverse needs.
